First , I very thank zhin ee , because yesterday she talk many reason to me put down my heart . I think like 2 hour to sleep , inn my brain i think many thing to put down my sad heart .

Today morning , i go to dhamma school . I was so lucky , because my dhamma teacher talk about love in life . Finish the class , i also can't put down . After that , i ask my father to go to shopping to relax . At the time , i buy a computer stuff .

End of the , i just can put down a little bit lel . Who can tell my how can put down .
